The annual battle between lefties and righties is always hotly contended. We had excellent conditions for playing with no wind and mild weather, but just how the lefties managed a win on Thursday is open to some good natured speculation!
There were some very good scores recorded. Sue Stephens (34) and Peta Merchant (32) were the Division one winners and Sue is a leftie. Valerie Wilson came home with a fantastic score of 42 points to win Division two and Lyn Hatchman’s very solid 36 points won her second place. The winners in Division three and our pin-up girls for this week were Nancye Massingham (35) and Margaret Ford (33). Both ladies were very happy with their win as their smiles reveal.
