The ladies played a single stableford round today and although the start was a little chilly, things warmed up after a few holes. This is the time of year when the Lyrebirds are active and we are often treated to a concert of bird song. Listen out for them round the second and eighth holes.
Lorna Knott played well to win Division 1 with 33 points and Sue Hunter was runner up with 31. Division 2 winner with a very nice score of 36 was Marg Jennings. Pat Austin continued her good form to claim second place with 33 points. In Division 3 Di Pritchard played well to come in with 33 points and Nancye Massinham was runner up with 29.
